Workforce housing is an essential component of any thriving community. As such, we have designed a 190-unit workforce apartment mixed-use project development that includes approximately 10,000 sf of retail space, aimed at providing attainable housing solutions for individuals who work in and around the south county district as well as the Delray Beach area. This property is designed for people who represent the core jobs serving our community, such as teachers, healthcare professionals, police officers, fire fighters, service workers, and other essential employees who are critical to the functioning of our cities. The goal of this project is to provide safe, comfortable, uplifting and affordable housing options for these individuals, who otherwise face the challenges of the constantly increasing cost of living in South Florida.
