Steven Michael is the Founder and CEO of Banyan Group is responsible for the execution of projects through multiple avenues
He has extensive experience over 40 years in Residential, Retail, Office and Industrial management and development. This has spanned over three million square feet and includes dinning and hospitality projects as well. Steven brings his knowledge and expertise on construction, property management and property operations to all his projects and properties. He has utilized his vision to find many underdeveloped projects in underutilized communities to from the retail, office, and residential footprint. He has pioneered the development of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach west of Swinton Avenue. This has started the tremendous growth that is developing in this market place.
