Originally built as the Union Trust Building, this property has been a prominent city landmark for over 91 years. This 22-story building encompasses 1.3 million square feet of office and retail space, including the world’s largest banking hall. The grand lobby is a standout feature, showcasing Corinthian columns, three-story barrel-vaulted ceilings, and murals by renowned artist Jules Guerin. 

A Cleveland Landmark Restored

The Huntington Bank Building, centrally located between Cleveland’s Theater District and East 4th Street, is a stunning example of historic architecture. The Building is listed on the National and State Registers of Historic Places and qualifies for a 20% federal tax credit, along with state tax incentives.
The building is also eligible for the Historic Façade Easement Grant Program, providing additional tax credits for redevelopment. The city is currently evaluating further tax breaks for the ongoing revitalization efforts.
